Spotless room, perfect experience!
Quiet atmosphere, amazing location next to all the best sights and attractions, Italy, and shops and restaurants. Set in the heart of the city. Btw, located near to everything.

The location of Cupola View was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and sights in Florence. The apartment itself was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and good facilities. We especially loved the high ceilings and bright atmosphere. The host, Arianna, was good and provided us with helpful information and snacks upon arrival. She was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Florence.
One minor drawback was the slight smell we noticed in the bathroom upon entering the apartment. it was easily resolved by opening the windows for fresh air.

There are hypo-allergenic pillows, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Unbeatable location - close to a free-standing campanile. Nice to have a handy kitchenette to prepare some food.

The value we got for our money at Cupola View was excellent! The apartment was spacious and immaculate, with a lovely balcony overlooking the Duomo. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host were really nice by mailing back our forgotten passports and money to Rome without charging us. Highly recommended!
The hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Great space with plenty of room for a group. Perfect location with all the major attractions within walking distance. Loved having a supermarket and good food options nearby.
The bathroom had a bit of a smell, but we were able to solve it by opening the windows for fresh air. Also, there were not enough towels for our group of four women, which was a bit disappointing for a three-night stay.
